They were invited to this prestigious event because Blessing received a “superior” ranking for her Science Fair Project, which she submitted to the State Science Fair competitions at the end of March.
At the event, Blessing had the opportunity to present her project to university faculty, business professionals, teachers, parents, and fellow students. It was also a fantastic networking opportunity. It was inspiring to see so many students passionate about science. Additionally, they enjoyed a site visit tour of the Agriculture Lab and Greenhouse at OSU.
Overall, it was a fantastic day of science, and they thoroughly enjoyed their time at the event.
