Founded in 1999, Horizon Science Academy Columbus High is a tuition-free public charter STEAM high school serving students in grades 9–12. We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging learning environment where students grow academically, creatively, and personally. As a STEAM-certified school and proud recipient of the National Blue Ribbon School Award, we foster innovation, critical thinking, and leadership while preparing students for success in college, careers, and beyond.

In addition to our strong academic programs, students have opportunities to participate in a variety of athletic programs, clubs, and extracurricular activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.

Our diverse Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways provide students with hands-on learning experiences and industry-relevant skills in high-demand fields. Our graduates have earned admission to some of the nation's most prestigious universities, including Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), reflecting our commitment to academic excellence and college readiness.

Through a rigorous STEAM-focused curriculum, dedicated educators, and a supportive school community, we prepare students to become confident, responsible, and lifelong learners.
